Getting ORA-01034 and ORA-27101 error even though Oracle is up... 2005-07-19 - By Magnus Andersen
When I try to connect remotely I receive these errors. I can connect
locally without problems and if I run ipcs I see the shared memory. I'm
running Oracle 9.2.0.6 on RedHat EL 3 AS
