Hey, I am having some issues that cannot figure out.

I am getting this message when attempting to run a
pretty standard create database script.

oracle@(protected):~/admin/test1/scripts> sqlplus '/ as
sysdba' @(protected)

ORA-27125 (See ORA-27125.ora-code.com): unable to create shared memory segment

Disconnected

In my pfile I switched to using default values for all
the memory type parameters, i have attached the pfile
as well.

Also my /etc/sysctl.conf is attached.
