You are about to use or modify Oracle Applications product tables

in your ORACLE database 'TEST ' <ajw... this is right... and it is what
TWO_TASK evaluates to... >

using ORACLE executables in '/test02vg/testora/8.0.6 '. <this is wrong and
points to where bin/f60gen is located >

Is this the correct database [Yes] ? no <right sid, wrong executables >

****************** see below for tnsping results and TWO TASK results...

You have to use the application oracle_home for adadmin. You have to source
the APPSORA.env file, that should set the TWO_TASK parameter in your shell
(or LOCAL parameter in windows).

Try to check whether two_taks is correctly set, then check whether you can
tnsping this alias, then whether you can access it with sqlplus. Alos,
adamin under $APPL_TOP/admin/ <inst_id >/log should give you the exect error
message.

Tanel.

Okay guys, what am I missing?

We are migrating from a multi node installation on W2K middle tier and CM
tier to a single node installation on AIX. I have 11.5.8 installed and the
database migrated to 9.2.0.3... BUT

I can 't get forms to regenerate. If I use the application Oracle_home, it
finds the forms60 stuff, but adadmin can 't log into the database, if I set
it to the database 's oracle_home, I can run adadmin, but the worker logs are
bitching that they can 't find f60gen in $ORACLE_HOME/bin (well, duh... it
isn 't in the database 's oracle_home it is in the apps oracle_home.

We have had 2 itars open since Thursday and Friday (one each) and no one can
give me an answer.

I KNOW this is done, what am I missing?

ajw
